Side Effects of Nescafe

Coffee consumed in moderation has no negative effects on health, once over-consumed ( more than 300g ) it can cause several unwanted effects contradicting the benefits on short or long-term.
First of all , coffee can cause insomnia, stomach pain , vomiting and restlessness. although Nescafe is beneficial for preventing heart disease, itself can cause to increased heart rates and irregular ones. Second, headache, anxiety and agitation are considered symptoms. These side effects can be reduced with the decaffeinated type of nescafe.
Third, drinking unfiltered coffee can lead to the increase of cholesterol and triglycerides level in blood.when caffeine is taken in large amounts , it can cause diarrhea and glaucoma ( pressure inside the eyes ).
Its not desirable for children to drink caffeinated coffee since these side effects are usually more severe with them. As for pregnant women , it is preferable for her to drink less amount of caffeine ( about only 2 cups per day ) since side effects could also be linked to the baby ( premature birth, low birth weight .. )
