As any food or drink consumed, a cup of Nescafe is usually
low in calories as it considered a normal coffee. the original nescafe cup (1.8g of coffee + 200mls of water) as the company showed , contains 2 kCal ( 9KJ) , 0.1 each of proteins and carbohydrates , and a trace of each of fat , fiber and sodium. Scientifically speaking, one is allowed to consume around 300g of caffeine per day , which are translated into 5 cups of soluble coffee or it depends on the quantity of coffee per cup and its strength, since the over consumption of nescafe ( with caffeine ) has side effects as will discuss them later.

Nescafe is low in calories but too much of something is definitely unhealthy..
